FAQ

Our puppies are raised in our home with a combination of several methods meant to introduce healthy development and socialization for the puppies. We utilize Early Neurological Stimulation, Puppy Culture Protocols and the Rule of Seven when raising our puppies. Puppies are also litter trained in order to facilitate an easier house training experience once they go to their new homes.

At this time we have tails docked and any rear dewclaws removed at 3-5 days of age per the breed standard. We do not facilitate ear cropping as we feel that decision is up to the prospective owner. If you wish to have your puppy’s ears cropped we do have veterinary referrals we can provide. 

All puppies will be dewormed and have their first set of shots before going to their new homes. 

We do require deposits. If you would like to place a deposit on a future litter and your choice of pup (i.e. color, sex) is not available then you may request a refund of that deposit within two weeks of the litter being born. We can also move said deposit to a future litter if that is acceptable. However once a puppy is selected, we do not refund any deposits to ensure that the puppies have a secured forever home and to cover the cost of continued care if the prospective owner should change their mind. 

We do not ship our puppies. We would like to meet our prospective owners in person to ensure that they will be going to a good home and be able to more effectively address any questions you may have about caring for your new puppy.
